ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

- Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Credit Card, Paypal, and Bank transfer.

- Only one payment method is accepted per order. Charges occur during checkout, with payment authorization and order preparation for shipping taking place thereafter.

- VAT is included in the final price for shipments within GCC countries.  

- Need to cancel or modify your order? Email us at info@epitome-me.com. While adding products to an existing order isn’t possible, contact us if your initial order hasn’t shipped yet, and we may be able to combine shipments. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

- Available shipping services for epitome-me.com website products include:     -

Home delivery options

- Once your order is with the carrier, expect an email confirmation with delivery details.  

- Orders are processed on weekdays.  

- A signature is required for delivery. Contact us to change your delivery address before shipping. However, delivery details can’t be modified once the order is shipped. 

ACCOUNT CREATION AND BENEFITS

Having an account is optional but offers several advantages:    

- Track orders and view past purchases    

- Stay informed about new product launches    

- Save address and credit card details for quicker purchases    

- Manage account details and newsletter subscriptions

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

- Returns within 15 days of receipt are accepted for exchange or refund.

- Customers cover return costs, but we handle shipping for exchanges.

- Items must be in original condition and packaging; avoid stains or odors.  

- For returns, log into your account, click "Return Item" for the product, fill in the return request details, and await confirmation.

- For account-less customers, email us at info@epitome-me.com.

- Authorized returns receive a Return Authorization Number and return package details. Use a registered postal service and keep tracking details.

- Frequent returns may lead to account closure. Refunds aren’t offered; instead, we issue gift cards upon approval of the returned item. Shipping charges aren’t refundable.
